KEY HOLDING & ALARM RESPONSE
TSL offer to hold and safeguard a set of your key to your premises. We will provide 24 hour on-call service 7 days a week to rapidly respond to any alarm activations, provide routine patrols and visits including out of hours. Additionally, we are on call to facilitate out of hours deliveries.
With a state-of-the-art back-office system and reporting technology our clients receive real time updates which are geofenced, providing accurate live information. This offers the client the unique opportunity to make faster decisions resulting in swift resolutions reducing costs and damages.
Our key holding and alarm response services are all carried out according to British standards 7984, the Code of Practice for keyholding and response services.
